GORONTALO - The Gorontalo High Prosecutor's Office for Arresting Fugitives (Tabur) has arrested fugitive Yancen Tangkilisan, a convict in a forestry crime case in Bayou, North Luwuk District, Banggai Regency, Central Sulawesi.
