Suspicious Of His Wife Having An Affair With Another Man, Father Incites Child To Abuse

LEBAK – Blindly jealous, a father in Lebak incites his son to abuse DE (initials), who is suspected of having a relationship with his wife. Burning with emotion from the father's words, the child was assisted by 5 friends to persecute DE at his home.

Bayah Police Chief AKP R. Ampri said that AH, who was registered as a resident of East Bayah Village, Bayah District, Lebak Regency, was annoyed with DE, who was suspected of having an affair with his mother. Even though DE already has a wife.

The alleged affair was obtained directly from the mouth of his father, WN, on Friday, October 1.

"On notification of his father, then the perpetrator AH asked his friends for help to take revenge on the victim. Then the perpetrator AH along with five other perpetrators used a motorbike to go to the house of the DE victim," explained Ampri to reporters, Monday, October 4.

Arriving at DE's house, AH was stopped by DE's wife because she was sleeping. AH and his five friends continued to force their way in and immediately started beating him.

"The perpetrator was expelled by the victim's wife, but instead forced his way into the house, and immediately beat the victim. After the perpetrators were satisfied with the beatings, the perpetrator left the victim's house," he said again.

DE immediately reported the incident to the Mapolsek Bayah. Upon the report, the Bayah Police immediately moved and managed to secure the perpetrators.

From the results of the investigation, officers found evidence used by the perpetrator to persecute the victim in the form of broken red bricks, a broom handle which was used as a tool to persecute the victim.

"The five suspects and evidence have been secured at the Bayah Police Station to undergo further legal processes," said the police chief.

"From the results of the examination of the perpetrators, they admitted that they had committed violence together against DE victims," he added.

To be held accountable for their actions, the perpetrators must now languish in prison under Article 170 of the Criminal Code concerning beatings with a maximum penalty of 5 years and 6 months in prison.

His four friends are DR (32) EP (22), LP 33 and SR (25). And 1 other person who is still a DPO, namely AN.
