PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk (PGN) received an additional gas supply from PetroChina International Jabung Ltd (PCJL) of 4,651 BBTU from Blok Jabung. This additional gas supply is to meet the needs of industrial and electricity customers according to the allocation set by the government.
The point of handing over the gas from the Jabung Block is located in Betara Gas Plant, Jambi. The use of the Jabung gas allocation is a joint commitment of the two parties with the Government through SKK Migas, to secure domestic energy needs. SKK Migas has also provided its support so that the supply allocation can be utilized optimally.
The signing of the Gas Sale and Purchase Agreement (PJBG) for the period January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2026, was carried out by the Commercial Director of PGN Ratih Esti Prihatini and the President Director of PCJL, Wang Lei on Friday, January 10.
