Park Cleaning Officer Finds Swollen Body Of Woman Without Identity Under Flyover Kampung Bali

JAKARTA – The body of an unidentified woman was found rotting under the Fly Over Kampung Bali, Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta. The body was found by an officer of the DKI Jakarta Parks Service named Sulistyo.

"The witness (Sulistyo) was sweeping the garden waste and cleaning the park, then he smelled an unpleasant odor", said Tanah Abang Police Chief, AKBP Singgih Hermawan.

Sulistyo then tried to find the source of the smell. He then found a woman's body lying in the middle of the park.

“The victim was lying on her back with her legs bent. The condition of the victim has died with growing swelling emitting a foul smell", he said.

Upon the discovery, the witness immediately reported to the Tanah Abang Police. Police themselves do not know when the body was at the location.

“An examination at the crime scene by the identification unit on the victim's body did not find any signs of violence. Currently, the identity is not known, he concluded.
