Police Are Still Investigating The Case Of Vandalism At SMAN 3 Tangsel By The Head Of The Benda

JAKARTA - The Head of the Benda Baru Village, Pamulang, South Tangerang, Saidun, has to deal with the law because he is suspected of destroying goods in the room of the Principal of SMAN 3 Tangsel.

The head of the Pamulang police, Kompol Supiyanto said, Saidun was upset with the school because some of the recommended names did not pass. As a result, Saidun chose the path of violence.

"The results of the investigation are possible problems (recommendations) of the students. But we are still investigating them," said Supiyanto, Sunday, July 19.

According to him, Saidun was reportedly charged with violating Article 335 paragraph 1 and 406 KHUP of violence or threats of violence by destroying property.

In addition, currently his party is still studying the available evidence to find out the real motive behind the destruction. Several witnesses have also asked for their statements.

"It is still under investigation. The report is about the unpleasant act. Everything is still in process," concluded Supiyanto.

As for the Principal of Tangsel 3 Public School, Aan Sri Analilah previously said that he could not fulfill Saidun's request. This is because the school follows PPDB procedures and adjusts the school quota. "There's no way I can add to the class," said Aan.

The Head of Saidun Urban Village has apologized for this incident. However, the report has not been withdrawn. The school left all this to the police.
