Finding this problem, the NTB BKKBN then tried to send a letter to the center which was then forwarded to the BKN to request a change of status from the TNI to the BKKBN ASN. However, the reply letter from BKN actually refused with complicated reasons.
"In November, the letter was replied to, rejected by BKN with complicated reasons. It was twisted. The basis for me to pass the open bidding was clear that PP 11 of 2017 from Article 147 to Article 159.
