JAKARTA - The investigation into the alleged mistreatment of Muhammad Kece by Inspector General Napoleon Bonaparte has begun to reveal new facts. Some of them are the involvement of the Commander of the Islamic Defenders Army (LPI) to Napoleon's orders to the Bareskrim detention center officers.

The first fact that recently emerged is that Inspector General Napoleon Bonaparte involved three prisoners to persecute Muhammad Kece. Where, one of them is a prisoner associated with the Islamic Defenders Front (FPI).

The Director of General Crimes at the National Police Bareskrim Brigadier General Andi Rian said this fact was revealed based on the preliminary results of the investigation process. Where, investigators have examined several witnesses.

"One of them is a prisoner in a case involving the former FPI organization, yes," said Brigadier General Andi.

Meanwhile, the other two detainees are suspects in land cases. But, said Andi, the three detainees were not involved in the persecution. Because, their existence is only to influence the psychology of Muhammad Kece.

"(The involvement of the three detainees) is only used to strengthen or I can say only to weaken the victim's psychology," said Andi.

"When NB hit and covered him with dirt or feces, the victim didn't do anything," he continued.

Although he did not want to go into details about the identity of the prisoner associated with the FPI, Andi said that the prisoner had the initials M.

So, it is strongly suspected that the figure is Maman Suryadi, Commander of the Islamic Defenders Army (LPI).

"Inisilal M (Maman Suryadi)," said Brigadier General Andi Rian.

Maman Suryadi is a convict in the case of the crowd in Petamburan. During the trial, he was sentenced to 8 months in prison along with several other FPI officials, including Rizieq Shihab.

Napoleon's orders

Another fact that was revealed was the order of Inspector General Napoleon Bonaparte to the Bareskrim prison guard officer.

He used his rank as a two-star general to ask a non-commissioned officer to replace the lock of Muhammad Kece's prison cell. In this way, Napoleon was able to step in and persecute the alleged blasphemer.

"Yes, we all know that the officer guarding the detainee is a non-commissioned officer. Meanwhile, the perpetrator is a high-ranking National Police officer. By asking him not to use a standard lock, the guard will definitely comply," said Brigadier General Andi Rian.

With the disclosure of this, said Andi, his party is also investigating the case of this persecution so that it will be completed and will not happen again in the future.

However, it is undeniable that there is a status or rank factor that makes it easier for Napoleon to persecute Muhammad Kece in prison.

"Yes, equality before the law, that's why I'm conducting an investigation into the person concerned. Well, but if it's related to psychological conditions, we can't ignore it when the incident happened, where a high-ranking officer asked the NCO not to use a standard lock," said Andi.

Therefore, in handling this case, not only general criminal investigators are involved. But also deploy the Propam Division to find out whether there is a violation of standard operating procedures (SOP).

"Of course this process is also being investigated by Propam friends to see if there have been violations of ethics or discipline related to the custody process," said Andi.
