The citizen from Russia has violated Article 8 paragraph (3) of Law No. 6 of 2011 concerning Immigration by the Denpasar Immigration Detention Center. In addition, the foreigner has been added to the Directorate General of Immigration's deterrence list.

The deportation was carried out through I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport escorted by three officers using a Citilink plane to Soekarno-Hatta International Airport.

The foreigner was deported through TPI Soekarno-Hatta International Airport using Turkish Airlines with the aim of flying from Jakarta (CGK) to Istanbul (IST) with flight number TK 057, and taking off from Istanbul (IST) to Moscow (VKO) with flight number TK. 417. "The person concerned was handed over from the Immigration Office Class I Special TPI Ngurah Rai to the Denpasar Rudenim on September 16, 2021, before being deported after being in the Rudenim for three days," he also said.
