"When we arrived at 22.30, they were still there, so we were forced to ask them to disperse because it had exceeded about 30 minutes from the stipulated operating hours," he said.
He appealed to visitors and business actors to continue to comply with the implementation of PPKM Level 3 in the area until 20 September.
