JAKARTA - A story of honesty can be learned from Mujenih, the OTC cleaner at Bojong Gede Station. He went viral because he found Rp500 million at the station and returned it.

This story was shared by Arip Rahmatuloh's Facebook account with the Jabodetabek KRL (COMMUTERLINE) group. In his upload, he said, Monday, July 6, the OTC team Bojong Gede found Rp500 million in cash. The money has been returned to the owner.

This post contains a photo of the handover letter for lost items and an officer holding a bundle of Rp100,000.

Mujenih received this money while on duty to clean the third KRL carriage from behind on Monday, July 6 afternoon. He found a black plastic bag which turned out to be filled with money.

VP Corporate Communications of PT KCI Anne Purba said that this incident was a common thing. KCI always repairs any items that are left behind and found on the KRL. These items, he said, were recorded in the lost and found application for easy return.

"All officers work not because of the value of Rp. 500 million. But we will follow up whatever items are found through the lost and found system," said Anne when contacted by VOI, Thursday, July 9.
