The head of RT 04 Nurlaila confirmed the arrest of a suspected terrorist in his area. According to Nur, he only discovered the incident at 09.30 WIB after receiving information from police officers.

Nur said he did not know for sure the process of arresting the suspected terrorist. Because he was only contacted by police officers to his area.

"I just want to go to my area under this name. Only when it comes to why, I asked him he didn't answer. (At the time of the arrest) there was no resistance at all from the family. What was secured was an old man (the suspected terrorist) Pak Haji Salahuddin," he told reporters. , Friday 10 September.

According to residents, during his stay in the neighborhood, the old man suspected of being a terrorist behaved well with local residents.

"In my area there is no (activity) whatsoever. He only lives with his wife. It's been more than 5 years. I think he teaches the Koran outside. The people are friendly, nothing suspicious," he said.

When arrested, the police also secured a number of belongings belonging to the suspected terrorist from his home.

"There is a book, maybe yes. I also don't know, I don't understand. The communication is also good with neighbors. There is no recitation in his house," he said.

Mimin (43), a neighbor suspected of being a terrorist, said a different thing. Mimin was surprised to learn about the arrest of a suspected terrorist by the National Police's Anti-terror Detachment 88 against one suspected perpetrator.

"He lived here for about 5 years, when he went out, he mostly lectured outside (this area). He likes lectures but not here. He lives with his wife and 3 stepchildren." he said.

Mimin said that the suspected terrorist rarely socializes with local residents. Instead, his wife often socializes with neighbors.

"But if the wife is more socialized than her husband. People rarely socialize, their appearance is identical (different). They live at home alone," he said.
