JAKARTA - Polda Metro Jaya has examined four managements of Holywings Kemang cafe. The examination relates to cases of alleged violations of health protocols.

"4 Holywings management, one witness we are conducting an investigation," said the Head of Public Relations of the Metro Jaya Police Kombes Yusri Yunus to reporters, Tuesday, September 7.

In the process of examination, they are still only witnesses in the case. However, it is possible that their legal status will change to that of a suspect.

This is because the investigative team has decided to increase this case from the investigation stage to the investigation stage. Improved handling status after the examination process and case title.

"From the police to enforce the law, we carried out an investigation yesterday. We have clarified it. Now it is at the investigation stage," said Yusri.

In this case, the investigative team used Law No. 4/1984 on infectious disease outbreaks. Later, the parties identified as suspects will be charged with this regulation.

The crowd at Holywings Kemang occurred on the evening of Saturday, September 4th. Visitors who attended exceeded capacity and many of them were not wearing masks.

The joint police and Satpol PP DKI dispersed all customers at Holywings Kemang while conducting a judicial operation. The authorities asked the management to immediately close Holywings that night.

So far, the Satpol PP has taken firm action. They sealed or closed the Holywings cafe for the next three days.
