JABAR - West Java (Jabar) Governor M Ridwan Kamil or Kang Emil greeted athletes from West Java who represented Indonesia at the Tokyo 2020 Paralympics via video conference from Bandung, Monday, September 6.

Kang Emil said he was proud and happy for the achievements of athletes from West Java at the 2020 Tokyo Paralympics.

The Governor of West Java's special appreciation was addressed to the two athletes who contributed medals, namely Hari Susanto and Dheva Anrimusthi from the badminton sport.

Hary Susanto from Majalengka Regency won gold from the mixed doubles number with his partner Leani Ratri Oktila who in the final defeated the French mixed doubles.

Meanwhile, Dheva Anrimusthi, who won a silver medal in the men's singles event, is an athlete from Kuningan Regency.

Ridwan Kamil also invited West Java athletes to Gedung Sate to receive direct congratulations and appreciation when the team and officials arrived in the country.
