JAKARTA - The viral video of the alleged molestation has shocked netizens. The incident of sexual abuse of minors is known to have occurred on Jalan Bintara 1 RT 10/02, Bintara, Bekasi City. According to information in the viral video, the incident occurred on Friday, September 3, yesterday.

The short video that went viral on Instagram @bintaratv showed a number of residents gathering in one of the residents' houses. Where a man also appears to be brought by the police into a car.

Some of the residents were seen shouting at the man who was being carried by the police officers. In the video caption, it is also written that there are immoral acts against children by a middle-aged man.

Journalists tried to go to the location of the incident which was located in RT 10/02, Bekasi City Bintara. However, a different reality was found.

The head of RT 10/02, Surya Wangsa (52) denied that the information circulating on social media was related to immoral acts.

"There is no immorality, it is not true. This incident has also been completed, both parties have also done mediation. So both of them have mediated," Surya said when met by reporters, Sunday, September 5.

Surya said the incident began when three children cried because they were held by D (56), the alleged perpetrator. Finally the child complained to his parents. Furthermore, the parents also complained to the head of the RT.

At that time, Surya immediately held a meeting between the parents of the alleged victim and the alleged perpetrator at his residence to explain the information.

"Initially there was a miscommunication. The child was held in fear, he complained to his parents (mama). It was finished, there were no negative elements that were not true," he said.

The family itself had a problem because the child was not very familiar with the alleged perpetrator, so he complained to the RT. During the mediation process at the RT's residence, many residents arrived, until finally the police came to the location.

Furthermore, Surya said, the alleged victim and the alleged perpetrator immediately mediated at the police station.

However, the people who witnessed it also assumed that the immoral information was true, and many residents were angry, even though the information was not necessarily true.

"So it's just a misunderstanding. So nothing is immoral. The point is that this has been completed, both of them have been peaceful, yes, so what is on social media is not true," he straightened.
