DEPOK – A construction worker managed to immobilize a man who was about to steal his motorbike which was parked in front of a rented house in Gang KH Abu Bakar Sidik, Tapos, Depok.

According to witness testimony, Ridwan (30), the perpetrator alone tried to steal a Honda Sonic motorbike but failed. But the perpetrators did not give up taking the motorbike even though the owner put up a fight.

"Even though he was threatened with being shot by the perpetrator after removing his firearm, the victim actually slammed the perpetrator until he was helpless," added Ridwan.

Residents who know there is a noise near his house immediately finished. Knowing that a thief was caught, the perpetrator was immediately beaten by the residents.

Meanwhile, the local chairman, Nasai, said that the theft of a motorbike belonging to one of the occupants of a rented house belonging to Dede Rustandi was discovered at around 05.00 WIB, there were two perpetrators.

When the perpetrator was about to take the victim's motorbike, continued Nasai, it was blocked by another rented car that was parked.
