JAKARTA - Minister of Home Affairs Tito Karnavian suggested the Governor of the Bangka Belitung Islands Erzaldi Rosman Djohan to form an upstream COVID-19 Handling Task Force, to strengthen the implementation of health protocols in the community.

He said that the upstream task force will play more downstream to strengthen the 5M health protocol, namely washing hands, wearing masks, maintaining distance, avoiding crowds, reducing the mobility of the people of this Sebalai Sebalai Country.
"This is my input and the governor, mayor and regent can appoint this upstream task force official," he said.
