Package 1 (2.3 km) is still in the land acquisition stage, Package 2 (0.95 km) with progress reaching 54.1 percent, then Package 3 (1.9 km) progressing to 25.18 percent and the construction is targeted to be completed at the end of 2021. The Ministry of PUPR through the Toll Road Regulatory Agency (BPJT) together with the Toll Road Business Entity (BUJT) continues to accelerate the completion of the construction of the Serpong – Balaraja Toll Road spanning 39.4 km or known as the Serbaraja Toll Road. provide an important role in increasing connectivity access and improving the economy of the people of Banten, Jakarta, and surrounding areas that are increasingly smooth. The Serpong - Balaraja toll road is planned to have 8 Interchanges (SS) which can be new accesses from Serpong to Balaraja, namely SS CBD, SS Industries, SS Legok, SS Mekar Jaya, SS Pasir Barat, SS Jambe, SS Cileles, and SS Tigaraksa. The specialty of the Serpong - Balaraja Toll Road will also be connected to a number of other toll roads, namely: u Serpong - Ulujami Toll Road which is also connected to the Jakarta Outer Ring Road (JORR) 1 and JORR 2. This will shorten the travel time from Serpong BSD to Jakarta and Merak, which is expected to further develop logistics services around the Tangerang area - Serang – Cilegon, Banten.
