President Director Of Jakpro Is Sacked, Anies' Subordinates: Changes In Position Are Common

JAKARTA - DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan has dismissed Dwi Wahyu Daryoto from the position of President Director of PT Jakarta Propertindo (Jakpro). Instead, Anies appointed Widi Amanasto as the new Jakpro President Director.

Anies reshuffled the composition of PT Jakpro officials when the BUMD was carrying out a number of major projects, such as the plan to organize Formula E, the Jakarta International Stadium (JIS), ITF Sunter, to the Jakarta LRT phase II.

"That (change of position), either because promotions or rotations usually occur in a company or agency. This is in line with the demands and developments of the company, which are also related to refreshing and regenerating leadership," said Riyadi in his statement, Thursday, August 26.

Riyadi hopes that the new high-ranking PT Jakpro can continue the DKI Provincial Government's development programs and develop the company's business.

"We hope that the new Board of Directors and Commissioners at PT Jakarta Propertindo can carry out their duties in improving the performance/progress of the company, and supporting DKI Jakarta Provincial Government programs, especially to complete the assignments given to PT Jakarta Propertindo (Perseroda), as well as developing It is known that the new CEO of PT Jakpro, Widi Amanasto is the former Business Director of Telkom Property, a subsidiary of state-owned PT Telkom. Previously, Widi served as Deputy Director of PT. Citra Sari Makmur (CSM) in 2015-2016.

In addition, BP BUMD DKI also appointed Gunung Kartiko as Director and M. Hudori as Commissioner of the Company.

The reshuffle of PT Jakpro's directors and commissioners also coincided with the Formula E polemic. As of today, 33 members of the DKI DPRD have officially filed for Formula E's interpellation rights to question the plan to organize the electric car racing event.
