Green Batik, Hengky Kurniawan Attends Corruption Session Of Bansos Regent Of West Bandung

JAKARTA - Acting West Bandung Regent Hengky Kurniawan was present at the Bandung District Court (PN) as a witness to the corruption case in the procurement of goods for social assistance which ensnared the inactive West Bandung Regent Aa Umbara Sutisna as a defendant. Hengky attended the courtroom at around 11.30 WIB wearing a shirt green batik. In this case, Hengky was examined as a witness when he was still the Deputy Regent of West Bandung. "I am Hengky Kurniawan, now the Honorable Acting Regent of West Bandung," said Hengky when asked by the panel of judges at the Bandung District Court, Bandung City, West Java, Wednesday. When introducing himself, Hengky was asked to take off his mask to show his face to the panel of judges. After being asked for his identity by the panel of judges, Hengky was asked to wait outside the courtroom to wait for his turn during the second session of witness examination. for the defendants Aa Umbara and Andri Wibawa, while the other three witnesses were witnesses for the three defendants in the case, including M. Totoh Gunawan. Totoh's attorney asked the assembly to ask Hengky to wait outside the courtroom so that it would not affect the other witnesses. The others presented were the West Bandung Regional Secretary Asep Sodikin, the Secretary of the Regional Government Service Office Community Service of Siti Nurhayati Village, and Head of West Bandung Law Division Asep Wahidin Sudiro. The agenda of the trial is the first agenda of the evidentiary trial stage which in the future will present witnesses.
