KPK Deepens Receipt Of Money From Former President Director Of Perumda Sarana Jaya Related To Land Acquisition In Munjul

JAKARTA - Investigators from the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) are investigating the alleged receipt of money by former Director of Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya Yoory Corneles related to land acquisition in Munjul, Pondok Ranggon, Jakarta in 2019.

This was done by examining the witness from the private sector, Henry Petrus on Monday, August 23 yesterday. He is being examined as a witness for Yoory Corneles who is a suspect in this case.

"Henry Petrus, the private sector has confirmed, among other things, the alleged receipt of money by the YRC suspect," Acting KPK Spokesperson for Enforcement Ali Fikri told reporters, Tuesday, August 24.

In addition, investigators also examined another witness, Minan Bin Mamad, who is a private party. During the examination, investigators confirmed documents related to land acquisition in Munjul. In this case, the anti-corruption commission has named four suspects, namely the Director and Deputy Director of PT Adonara Propertindo namely Tommy Adrian and Anja Runtuwene, former President Director of Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya Yoory Corneles, and Director of PT Aldira Berkah Abadi Makmur (ABAM) Rudy Hartono Iskandar.

In addition, the KPK has also named PT Adonara Propertindo as a suspect in corporate corruption.

This allegation of corruption occurred when Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya, which is a BUMD in the property sector, sought land in the Jakarta area to be used as a business unit or land bank. Furthermore, this regionally owned company cooperates with PT Adonara Propertindo which is also engaged in the same field.

As a result of this alleged corruption, the state is estimated to have lost up to Rp. 152.5 billion. The suspects allegedly used this money to finance their personal needs.
