JAKARTA - The Head of Tanjung Duren Police, Kompol Rosana Albertina Labobar, said that his party was still conducting an investigation regarding the incident of a woman who committed suicide in an apartment by jumping from the 28th floor in the Tanjung Barat area, Grogol, Petamburan, West Jakarta.

"The victim committed suicide purely because there was video (evidence) before jumping. Meanwhile, the motive is still being investigated," he said when confirmed by VOI, Friday, August 20, evening.

The police chief explained that the victim was identified with the initials M (22). He is a resident of the apartment where he ended his life.

"He rents the unit (room) in the apartment. He has lived for 1 month," he said.

"The victim's cellphone is locked. The victim lives alone in the apartment room unit that has been rented," said the police chief.
