Pedicab Driver In Central Maluku Persecutes His Girlfriend To Death Because Of Annoyance The Victim Often Takes A Night Bath

AMBON - A pedicab driver named Erwin Suailo (Ewin) has the heart to kill his girlfriend. The case was trivial, the perpetrator was emotional because his girlfriend often took a bath at night even though it was forbidden.

Central Maluku Police Chief AKBP Rosita Umasugi explained the beginning of the persecution that led to the death of the victim. A week before August 13, Ewin's perpetrator was said to be angry because his girlfriend took a night bath.

"Feeling that the victim did not heed the words of the perpetrator who previously forbade the victim not to take a bath at night, so the perpetrator hit the victim once on the head," said AKBP Rosita confirmed by VOI, Friday, August 20.

Due to the beating, the victim's head hit the wall of the room. According to the police, the perpetrator forbade the victim to take a bath at night because the victim was sick.

This happened again on August 12 at midnight. When he returned home after pedaling a rickshaw, the perpetrator found the victim taking a shower. Out of anger, the perpetrator hit the victim again.

"So that the back of the victim's head hit the bathroom wall, because of this the victim felt weak and the perpetrator lifted the victim into the room," continued AKBP Rosita.

The next morning, Friday August 13, the perpetrator saw that the victim still had time to eat until he was finally left to ride a rickshaw.

But at night, the victim was lifeless. The victim was kept in the room until August 17.

"At that time, the perpetrator's intention arose to remove the victim's body, and the perpetrator thought of drowning the victim's body," said AKBP Rosita.

The perpetrator then took the victim outside the house and placed it on a talud. Here the victim is drowned.

"According to the perpetrator, the purpose of the perpetrator hiding the victim's body was because the perpetrator was afraid of the victim's death," said AKBP Rosita.

The perpetrator has been named a suspect under the suspicion that Article 340 of the Criminal Code is a subsidiary of 338 of the Criminal Code, which is more than a subsidiary of Article 335 paragraph 3 of the Criminal Code.
