LAMPUNG - The Indonesian Doctors Association (IDI) Bandarlampung Branch asked vaccination organizers to make it easier for the public to get vaccines. Because at this time, public interest is so high.

"The existing vaccines must be immediately injected to the general public, not exclusive, open all access but also according to health protocol standards because the vaccine is to make things easier, not complicated," said Head of IDI Bandarlampung Branch, Dr. Aditya M Biomed in Bandarlampung, Antara, Thursday. August 19.

The government, said Aditya, should be grateful to the Indonesian people who took the initiative to come to the available vaccination centers. In contrast to some countries whose citizens are actually low in receiving vaccines.

"We should be grateful to the public for being enthusiastic about getting vaccines. Don't let things that are only exclusive or only ceremonial to be an obstacle for them to get vaccinated," he said.

Aditya stressed to the government or the party administering the vaccination that everything is prepared carefully so that in its implementation it does not cause crowds.

"Right, the registration can be done online, the public also if offered with a google form, they must fill it out so that those who have not received a queue number, God willing, do not come to the vaccination location, thereby minimizing crowds of people waiting in line," he said.

According to him, vaccines are a golden opportunity and one way to get out of the pandemic by establishing communal immunity so that it doesn't get tainted with things that are not desirable in its implementation, such as causing crowds.

"So technical matters like this should be better prepared by the party holding the vaccination," he said.

Meanwhile, Bandarlampung resident Hartati revealed that she had not yet received the first dose of vaccine.

"I've been to the puskesmas but it keeps running out and also what is currently available for the second dose of vaccination, I've also come to the Abdoel Moeloek Regional General Hospital (RSUDAM) to get vaccinated but there were so many people queuing up so I went home reluctantly, " he said.

He also said that now he has been recorded by the RT okay to get vaccinations from the local health center, but when the time is still not known when.

"So some time ago I was recorded by the RT, he said, who was asked by the kelurahan who had not been vaccinated, then the data would later be submitted to the puskesmas. Now the vaccination is waiting for a call from the puskesmas or the kelurahan, he said so as not to cause a crowd," he said.
