Police: There Are Still Ojol Drivers Who Have Not Been Arrested

JAKARTA - After the arrest of two brawlers with the initials S and AA, the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Johar Baru Police is still continuing to develop the perpetrators of the brawl that killed Indramayu (51) a local resident while breaking up the brawl at the Paris City Bridge, Johar Baru.

"The indications are that the victim died as a result of the beating. So there are several people who are suspected of participating in the beating. At this time, we are still developing (this case)," said Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Johar Baru Police, AKP Suprayogo when contacted by VOI, Wednesday, August 18, evening.

Even so, members of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Johar Baru Sector Police claimed to have pocketed the identities of the perpetrators of street crimes.

"There are definitely a few names still being chased," he added.

The Kanit ensured that in the brawl there was no indication of drug trafficking in the Johar Baru area. Especially when a brawl is happening, the brawl is caused by a trivial matter and the motive is pure brawl.

"There is no (indication of drug trafficking). When we interrogated the perpetrator, initial S, it was stated that the suspect executed. But when he was arrested there was no evidence.

As previously reported, a brawl between residents of Baladewa and Tanah Tinggi occurred at the crossroads of Paris, Johar Baru. The brawl incident killed Indramayu (51) a resident of RT 02/06, Kampung Rawa Village.

Then a joint team from Polda Metro Jaya and Polsek Johar Baru succeeded in apprehending one of the stabbing executors with the initials S. He was arrested outside the Johar Baru area on Wednesday, August 18, at dawn.

When interrogated by officers, S admitted that he was the one who executed the victim's life. Apart from S, the police have also arrested another suspect with the initials AA. Until now, S and AA, the two brawlers have been arrested by the Johar Baru Sector Police.
