KSP Indosurya Wants To Operate Normally Again

JAKARTA - The founder of Indosurya Cipta Savings and Loans Cooperative (KSP), Henry Surya, again emphasized that he would find the best solution to complete his obligations to customers or members of the cooperative. He guarantees this, because the good name of the family who has been poor across the financial world is more important to be maintained for business continuity.

Therefore, he chose to help solve the current problem and hoped that the KSP Indosurya could resume operations afterwards. He revealed that he and the management never bothered at all to harm other parties, let alone close the KSP Indosurya, which has been running well for more than eight years and provided benefits to members / prospective members.

"Our family has been living in the world of finance and property for more than 45 years. Credibility and trust have been built. The current problem is that this problem clearly affects other Indosurya businesses. Therefore I have an obligation to protect the good name of the family and fix this all. "said Henry in a statement received on Monday, June 22.

As for the accusation that positions him as if he was abandoning members' savings for personal use, Henry deeply regrets. He admitted that this issue not only dropped his credibility, but also affected his family.

Therefore, against slander and defamation committed by certain parties, he submitted the necessary steps to his attorney, Juniver Girsang.

"I really feel wronged, defamed personally, by family and corporation. Regarding all this slander and defamation, I leave it to my attorney, Mr. Juniver Girsang, to take the necessary legal steps," he said.

Even though he is no longer in the management of the Indosurya KSP, Henry emphasized that he will continue to help resolve this problem, in order to maintain credibility and trust in other Indosurya business units. He suspects that the issues raised by a number of parties to Indosurya appear to be intentional to reduce the Indosurya group's business and take advantage of the damage to Indosurya's business.

"My parents have been doing business in the financial and property sectors for a long time. I do have assets abroad, but the amount is insignificant. My assets and business are in the country. I am an Indonesian citizen and I do business here," said Henry.

Maintain Credibility

According to him, KSP Indosurya is expected to be able to live and walk back to the future. Because besides being good from the business aspect, there are also cooperative values that are no less valuable in supporting the national economy.

On the other hand, he actually questioned the intention of some parties to want KSP Indosurya to be closed or bankrupt. This is because, with the KSP Indosurya going bankrupt, it is likely that the members' rights will not be fully obtained.

Meanwhile, the attorney for KSP Indosurya, Hendra Widjaya said that his party would explain to all creditors how the contents of the peace proposal were. Hendra hopes that cooperative members can accept the offer given by Indosurya. He appreciated the many creditors who wanted PKPU to be peaceful and hoped that their funds could return

"We understand that a lot of creditors want PKPU to be peaceful and have their money back. So, we have to give the debtor the opportunity to be able to implement the peace scheme later. We hope the two parties can agree," Hendra said at the Central Jakarta District Court.

Today, his party is present in the process of verifying accounts receivable or bilyet at the PKPU follow-up hearing at the Central Jakarta Commercial Court, which was held last Friday.

The management team of the Indosurya Savings and Loan Cooperative (KSP), which had been appointed by the Central Jakarta Commercial Court in the PKPU hearing, verified 42 names of creditors deemed not meeting the requirements. The trial this time is still discussing the verification of the creditors' files.
