Detachment 88 Still Hunting 5 Suspected Terrorists On The Run

JAKARTA - The National Police said that 48 suspected terrorists who were arrested in various regions in Indonesia had been targeted by Densus 88 Anti-terror. But not all targets have been captured. Because, there are still some who are still at large.

The first fugitive is in North Sumatra. Densus 88 previously identified 7 suspected terrorists but only 6 people were arrested.

"There are 7 targets that will be carried out by law enforcement and 6 suspects have been arrested. So the remaining 1 suspect is in pursuit. The six suspects are initials RS, IH, AK, RA, HA, and DI," said Head of the Public Relations Division of the National Police Public Relations Division Kombes Ahmad Ramadhan told reporters, Monday, August 16.

Then, the second fugitive is in West Java. Because, of the 6 new targets, 5 suspected terrorists were arrested. They have the initials FS , US, RH, RS, and HF.

The third and fourth fugitives are in East Java. Of the 6 suspected terrorists who were targeted, Densus 88 only arrested four people with the initials FM, ADP, ES, AP.

The last fugitive is in Maluku. Because, Detachment has only arrested one person from 2 targets, namely the initials TE.

Meanwhile, in other areas, Densus 88 managed to capture all of its targets. Seminal in Jambi with three suspected terrorists with the initials DW, HF, and IR.

Then in the Lampung area with 7 suspected terrorists with the initials AR, SH, IG, SG, FW, JS and AS. Banten with 5 suspected terrorists namely, AF, ML, RJ, AS and MD.

Furthermore, the arrest of 10 suspected terrorists in Central Java. They have the initials, MM, WM, FH, BB, NP, MD, LS, KT, DS, and FS. South Sulawesi with two suspected terrorists arrested with the initials, NS and HP.

Finally, 3 suspected terrorists were arrested in East Kalimantan. They have the initials WS, RW, and SU who are members of the Jamaah Ansharut Daulah (JAD) social media network.
