SOLO - The body of SIJ KGPAA Mangkunegara IX has been buried at Mangkunegaran Temple since Friday, August 13. On Sunday, August 15, the body will be buried in Astana Girilayu, Matesih, Karanganyar. Before the body is departed, the family pays their last prayers and respects.

King Mangkunegara IX, who died at the age of 70, left behind one wife, two sons and two daughters. His four children are GPH Paundrakarna Jiwa Suryanegara, GRAy Putri Agung Suniwati, GRAj Ancillasura Marina Sudjiwo, and GPH Bhre Cakrahutomo Wira Sudjiwo.

They gathered to pay their last respects and escort the body to the cemetery. The atmosphere of emotion and tears accompanied the process.
