JAKARTA - Police have arrested the suspect in the murder of a woman with the initials M, whose body was found wrapped in cardboard and sacks on the edge of Jalan Raya Bekasi, Cakung, East Jakarta.

"It is true (the alleged perpetrator was arrested)," said Deputy Director of General Crime Investigation of the Metro Jaya Police AKBP Jerry Siagian to reporters, Thursday, August 12.

However, Jerry did not want to convey about the arrest process and also the identity of the alleged perpetrator. Until now, the suspect is still being investigated intensively.

"Later we will release (deliver)," he said.

Previously, the police had arrested the victim's boyfriend some time ago. But from the interim examination, he has not admitted to killing M.

"We haven't received a report yet, they are still in custody and have not confessed (to killing)," said Jerry.

Victim M (17), a resident from Pemalang, Central Java, works as a household assistant (ART) in Bekasi. He was found dead wrapped in cardboard and sacks on the edge of Jalan Raya Bekasi, Cakung, East Jakarta, Tuesday, August 10
