JAKARTA - Artist Dinar Candy visited the South Jakarta Metro Police Headquarters to fulfill the obligation to report cases of pornography. South Jakarta Metro Police Chief Kombes Azis Andriansyah emphasized that Dinar Candy was considered cooperative.

Candy Dinar arrived Monday, August 9 at around 18:51 WIB. The Candy Dinar wore an orange cardigan and was accompanied by a number of people who were suspected to be his assistants.

Arriving at the South Jakarta Police Headquarters, Dinar Candy went straight up to the 4th floor of the Women and Children Protection Unit (PPA) of the South Jakarta Police. Dinar was at the South Jakarta Police Headquarters for about 54 minutes. At around 19.45 WIB, the woman completed her mandatory report.

Before leaving the South Jakarta Police Headquarters, Dinar Candy admitted that he was cooperative with the mandatory reporting requirements.

"What I do I will be responsible for," said Dinar, Monday, August 9.

He admitted that he had signed the mandatory report file. In addition, Dinar revealed that investigators from the South Jakarta Police PPA Unit had asked him about his current condition.

"He was asked if he was still stressed, and he was scheduled to see a psychiatrist," he said.

Dinar himself revealed that since yesterday until today he only eats fruit.

"Haven't eaten rice since yesterday," he said.

Dinar Candy was named a suspect in a pornographic crime on Thursday, August 5th. The determination of the suspect Dinar Candy was decided after the South Jakarta Police Criminal Investigation team conducted an intensive examination and a number of other processes.

Dinar was charged with Article 36 of Law No. 44 of 2008 concerning Pornography with a threat of 10 years in prison and/or a fine of IDR 5 billion.
