Based on the report, at 14.09 WITA the rescue team from the Kendari Search and Rescue Office (KPP) was dispatched to the location using a rescue car along with other safety support equipment to provide SAR assistance.
"The victim is a local villager, a resident of Paku Jaya Village," he said.
It was explained, on Sunday, August 1, at 07.00 WITA, the victim went to the forest of Paku Jaya Village to look for wood, but after a while the victim did not return.
"Out of concern, the victim's family conducted a search, but until the time it was reported the victim's family was still searching with no results," he explained.
The search for victims also involved seven members of the Kendari KPP rescue team, two local officers, and dozens of communities and families of the victims.
