Positive Cases Of COVID-19 In Bantul Increase By 775 People

BANTUL - Confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region, in the last day increased by 775 people. The total number of people exposed to the corona virus has increased to 41,723 people.

Data from the Bantul COVID-19 Task Force, Friday, July 30, stated that 175 additional new cases came from Sewon District, followed by 117 from Bantul.

Then pity 84 people, Banguntapan 71 people, Jetis 59 people, Srandakan 47 people, Pandak 46 people, and Imogiri 44 people.

With the development of these daily cases, the data on active cases of COVID-19 or patients domiciled in Bantul who are still undergoing quarantine or self-isolation as of Friday, July 30, totaled 13,630 people.

Bantul Regent Abdul Halim Muslih invited the community to jointly break the chain of the spread of COVID-19 by always implementing clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS) in daily activities.

"And the discipline of implementing the 5M health protocol, namely wearing masks, washing hands, maintaining distance, avoiding crowds, and reducing mobility," he said, quoted by Antara.
