BULELENG - Putu M aka Yogi (24) was caught stealing 20 packs of cigarettes at Indomaret Ahmad Yani Street, Buleleng, Bali. The perpetrator initially pretended to be a buyer and then went into hiding or hiding until the minimarket closed.

Police said the perpetrators initially pretended to shop at Indomaret and then sneaked upstairs. He hid in the door of the stairs leading to the second floor.

Furthermore, the perpetrator stole when the shop was closed when Indomaret employees came home.

"The alleged perpetrator is suspected of committing the crime of theft with a weight as referred to in the formulation of Article 363 of the Criminal Code with a threat of 7 years in prison", said Kompol Darma.
