Anyir Corruption In PDAM Sungai Tengah, South Kalimantan, Chief Of The Prosecutor's Office: This Is A New Case, We Will Investigate

KALSEL - The District Attorney for Hulu Sungai Tengah, South Kalimantan (Kalsel) intervened in the early stages of investigating a new case of alleged corruption at the local Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM).

"This is a new case that we will investigate and has entered the intelligence department," said Head of the Hulu Sungai Tengah District Attorney Trimo in Barabai quoted from Antara, Thursday, July 22.

Trimo said this case was different from the previous corruption case. Allegations of corruption in PDAM are still in the examination stage so they still uphold the principle of presumption of innocence.

"Later, when the materials and examinations are complete, after a week or two we will gradually convey the progress," said Trimo.

This case, said Trimo, will continue to develop and it is possible that there will be reports from the public.

"The current paradigm in the Prosecutor's Office is transparency and openness and we always present justice and law enforcement in the community in an objective, professional and proportionate manner," said Trimo.
