JAKARTA - The National Human Rights Commission (Komnas HAM) now has provisions for the procedure for transferring employment status according to the law from state administrative law experts.

"From this investigation, we obtained expert opinions regarding the basic character scheme of status transfer, authority, basic principles of state administration, and a holistic approach in terms of legislation and legal administration procedures," said Komnas HAM Monitoring Commissioner Choirul Anam in a written statement to reporters.
With the information from state administrative law experts, it is hoped that the polemic that led to the deactivation of 75 employees who did not pass the TWK can be immediately resolved. In addition, the information is expected to strengthen the analysis carried out by the investigation team.
"It is hoped that the provision of expert opinion can strengthen the analytical framework of the team's investigation," said Anam.
As previously reported, the National Insight Test was attended by 1,351 KPK employees as a condition for the transfer of employment status. Of these, 1,274 people passed because they met the requirements.
Meanwhile, 75 employees including senior investigator Novel Baswedan, Chairman of the KPK Employee Forum who is also investigator Yudi Purnomo, Director of Socialization and Anti-Corruption Campaign Giri Suprapdiono, Head of the KPK Task Force Harun Al-Rasyid, and Director of PJKAKI Sujarnarko who will retire, were also declared ineligible ( TMS). According to the employees who took this test, there were a number of irregularities in the implementation of the assessment. This includes questions asked by assessors or raters during the interview process.
