In Jakarta STRP, Workers In Depok Must Show KIPOP

DEPOK - The City Government (Pemkot) of Depok, West Java stipulates a rule that during the implementation of emergency PPKM, residents who travel within the city of Depok are required to show a Priority Sector Worker Identity Card (KIPOP).

"For workers in the essential and critical sectors in the Depok City area, they must show KIPOP," said Depok City COVID-19 Task Force spokesman Dadang Wihana, quoted by Antara, Monday, July 12.

As for Depok residents who work outside the Depok City area, they must complete the provisions for the intended area, such as Jakarta, so there must be a Worker Registration Certificate (STRP).

Meanwhile, for residents who work in the health sector, it is enough to show ID CARD from the hospital or health facility where the resident works.

"For that residents who work, so that the trip can be smooth, it must be equipped with a predetermined identity," he said.

This is in accordance with the Decree of the Mayor of Depok No. 443/274/Kpts/Dinkes/Huk/2021 concerning Restrictions on Community Activities During the Period of Restrictions on Emergency Community Activities for COVID-19 which will be enforced from July 10 to 20, 2021.

This Depok Mayor's Decree is a follow-up to the Instruction of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 19 of 2021 concerning the Third Amendment to the Instruction of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 15 of 2021 concerning the Enforcement of Restrictions on Emergency Community Activities for Coronavirus Disease 2019 in the Java and Bali Regions.
