JAKARTA - A total of 103 companies were found to have violated the Implementation of Emergency Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM). This was obtained from Operation Justisi for two days.

"The results of Yustisi's operation since Monday and Tuesday together with the TNI-Polri and the Regional Government (DKI Jakarta), there are 103 non-essential and non-critical companies that have been successfully prosecuted," said Head of Public Relations of the Metro Jaya Police, Kombes Yusri Yunus, to reporters on Wednesday. , July 7th.

Hundreds of companies and even then were given a temporary closure by the DKI Regional Government. Furthermore, these companies will continue to be monitored.

"This effort is not to make trouble, this policy is not to trouble the residents of DKI Jakarta in particular. But to save the lives of the people of Jakarta because we know this pandemic is no longer a game. The positive rate is quite high," said Yusri.

For information, the Head of the Jakarta Manpower, Transmigration and Energy Agency, Andri Yansyah, said that his party had prepared sanctions for companies that employ employees exceeding the capacity stated in the Emergency PPKM. The sanctions range from closing to a fine of IDR 50 million

"For offices that clearly violate the health protocols that we have set for now in the implementation of the Emergency PPKM, we will immediately close them temporarily for 3 days," Andri told reporters at Polda Metro Jaya, Tuesday, July 6.

However, if the companies that have been sanctioned remain stubborn, Andri continued, other sanctions will be given. The companies must pay a fine of IDR 50 million.

In fact, if they are still stubborn or violated three times, strict sanctions for revocation of business license will be carried out. This sanction is given so that all levels of society can comply with the Emergency PPKM policy.

"If after that I monitor they are still stubborn and violate the applicable provisions, we will recommend to BPMPTSP to revoke the operational permit," he said.
