JAKARTA - The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government has tightened access to and outside the Capital to reduce the spread of the corona virus or COVID-19. Those who can enter and enter DKI Jakarta must pocket the Exit and Entry Permit (SIKM) of the DKI Jakarta Region. The operation to enforce the mobility in and out of DKI Jakarta will not be loose until June 2020.

The Provincial Government's efforts to prevent the spread of this virus are contained in the Regulation of the Governor of DKI Jakarta Province No.47 of 2020 concerning Restrictions on Travel Activities Out and or in the DKI Jakarta Province, by requiring the existence of SIKM.

Director of Road Traffic, Directorate General of Transportation of the Ministry of Transportation, Sigit Irfansyah, admitted that the process of making SIKM was very difficult. He explained this after trying to directly create the SIKM.

"SIKM became an issue. Had a discussion about SIKM, whether it was difficult or not? I tried it, it turned out to be difficult. How the process might not be as easy as we imagined. How do I have complete documents, but difficult to access," he said, in a video conference with journalists, Wednesday, May 27. .

Not only that, according to Sigit, the website server to manage SIKM is also prone to down or down. Moreover, there are so many people who manage and want SIKM.

"For people who want to manage a lot, they can down the server. So this is unique given per person, if there are five SIKM in a car," said Sigit.

In addition, continued Sigit, making SIKM can only be done and given to one person. This means that if a car containing more than one person will travel from and to Jakarta, then SIKM is needed as many passengers.

For your information, there are two types of SIKM. First, SIKM which is a recurring trip. This SIKM is intended for employees, business actors, or foreigners who live outside Jabodetabek but their workplace or place of business is in DKI Jakarta.

The same SIKM also applies to employees, business actors or foreigners who are domiciled in DKI Jakarta, but have a place of business or workplace that is domiciled outside Jabodetabek.

Second, SIKM which is a one-time trip. This SIKM is intended for employees, business actors, or foreigners who carry out services outside of Jabodetabek, or employees, business actors, foreigners who live outside but have a place of business or work place in DKI Jakarta.

SIKM can also be owned by those who have urgent needs, including trips for patients who need emergency health services, or trips for people whose immediate family members are seriously ill or have died.

For workers who wish to apply for SIKM, they must meet the following requirements:

1. Application letter for RT / RW

2. Health statement letter

3. Certificate of work in Jakarta (this applies to repeated SIKM)

4. Official travel letter from the office

5. Color photograph

6. A scanned or scanned KTP

SIKM can be obtained online with the website corona.jakarta.go.id/izin-keluar-masuk-jakarta, clicking the "Manage SIKM" button (you will be directed to the JakEvo homepage), preparing the required documents, filling out the application form, checking periodically submissions permission to print documents.
