Megawati Expresses Condolences To The Son Of The Late Rachmawati, Remembers Togetherness When Learning To Dance At The State Palace

JAKARTA - The PDI-P expresses its deepest condolences for the death of Rachmawati Soekarnoputri. The deceased was the younger brother of Megawati Soekarnoputri, the Chairperson of the PDI-P DPP.

This was conveyed by the Secretary General of PDIP Hasto Kristiyanto in an electronic message received by VOI, Saturday, July 3.

"Mother Megawati Soekarnoputri is deeply saddened. Mrs. Rachmawati is his younger sister, who grew up and grew up together at the State Palace, learning to dance together and also struggling to emulate the whole thought and struggle of Bung Karno, the proclaimer and father of the nation. Hopefully Husnul Khatimah," said Hasto.

Hasto said that in the midst of sadness, Megawati immediately communicated with the deceased's eldest son, Rommy Soekarnoputro and expressed his condolences directly.

Megawati gave the best prayers to Mrs. Rachmawati Soekarnoputri so that her path would be smoothed, her sins forgiven, and the family left behind to find strength.
