Reports Her Daughter Was Harassed By 3 12-Year-Old Children

JAKARTA - Which mother does not suffer when she finds out that her beloved daughter is the victim of sexual harassment by her friends. Not once or twice, this depraved act was repeated.

Angry, sad, disappointed mixed in the mind of D (29), the mother of the victim who lives in Koja, North Jakarta. Together with her husband, D has reported this incident to the local Rukun Tetangga (RT) management. Surprisingly, the local RT administrator suggested taking the peaceful path!

Reporting from Antara, Friday, July 2, this impudent act was carried out by 3 of his children's colleagues in early April. The age of the perpetrators is also fairly young, ranging from 12-14 years. R(12), A(12) and B(14).

"My son didn't want to admit it at first. But in the end he told me (about immoral acts committed by his friends)," said D when met by reporters in the Koja area, North Jakarta.

The victim's mother said that she began to suspect that something had happened to S, who tended to be afraid to leave the house and often complained of pain in the lower abdomen.

"Apparently, at that time S felt threatened that his disgrace would be exposed to all his other friends so that the victim would feel ashamed," said D.

His baby only dared to open the veil of the unfortunate event to his parents on April 2, 2021.

That's where D found out about the actual incident and the number of suspects who sexually assaulted his child.

So far, according to D, the three suspects have often played with S. In fact, one of the suspects is a friend of S's school, while the other is a neighbor's child.

D received a confession from S that his daughter's sexual assault had happened several times at different times.

"R has said seven times. The B who has been in junior high has done it twice, I don't really know about D," said D

In fact, D and her husband had almost caught one of the perpetrators committing the immoral act in one of the rooms in their house when his parents were working on renovating the house.

At that time, the victim's younger brother came running to tell D that his brother was locked in his room by a boy his age. "He told me that my son was invited to play hide-and-seek, pushed into the room and then molested," said D.

However, when his parents were about to catch them, the boy in question had already fled through the side door of D's house.

The victim's mother said that the unfortunate incident had been reported to the Polda Metro Jaya and the legal process is still continuing with the Investigation Report number LP/2369/V/YAN.2.5/2021/SPKT PMJ dated May 4, 2021 for cases of underage sexual intercourse.

The evidence submitted was in the form of a post-mortem report from the Kramatjati Police Hospital.

"Yes, I made a post-mortem report to the Police first. Then I went to the Police Hospital to wait, not long after I was told that the result was positive (sexual violence). The doctor said there was damage to the hymen," said D.
