JAKARTA - Ustaz Yusuf Mansyur asked the public to keep a positive mind during the COVID-19 pandemic. He understands that many people have lost their freedom and even jobs due to the corona virus outbreak. However, according to him the ordeal is only temporary.

Yusuf described that Allah is currently "cooking" the potential of his servant with a series of bad events due to COVID-19, such as experiencing layoffs (layoffs), loss of merchandise, to feeling bored due to suggestions to stay at home.

However, if Muslim iklhas undergo this ordeal, according to him, Allah will return his blessings in the future.

"In that way, Allah cooks all the potential that all comrades have to get out of this potential into a blessing and a new one, leading to a better life," Yusuf said as broadcast on YouTube BNPB Indonesia, Friday, May 22.

Yusuf sees that the difficulties faced by Muslims during the COVID-19 pandemic are not as severe as those faced by the prophets. Therefore, Yusuf believes that people can live a new normal life side by side with the corona virus.

"We can still walk around, at least with masks, follow health protocols, avoid crowds, wash our hands frequently. This is the new normal that we have to live with these difficulties, it gives so many blessings," he added.
