Head Of BKN Will Visit Komnas HAM Office, Give Information Regarding TWK Of KPK Employees

JAKARTA - The Head of the State Civil Service Agency (BKN) Bima Haria Wibisana is certain to attend the office of the National Human Rights Commission (Komnas HAM). His arrival was to provide information regarding alleged violations in the National Insight Test Assessment (TWK) process for KPK employees.

"The Indonesian National Human Rights Commission has received confirmation that the Head of BKN RI will be present to give a statement on Tuesday, June 22," Komnas HAM Commissioner Beka Ulung Hapsara said in a statement to reporters, Tuesday, June 22.

This examination is a follow-up to the complaints of representatives of 75 KPK employees who did not pass the TWK and ended up being disabled. This test is a requirement for the transfer of employee status from independent to State Civil Apparatus (ASN).

"The summons is expected to be able to complete the information that has been given regarding the problem so that it makes the incident clear," said Beka.

It was previously reported that Komnas HAM had conducted an examination of the Deputy Chairperson of the KPK, Nurul Ghufron. During the examination, there were a number of things that were explored, including the legal basis used in the implementation of the National Insight Test (TWK).

From the results of the examination, the Commissioner for Monitoring and Investigation of the National Human Rights Commission Mohammad Choirul Anam said there was a difference in the legal basis or legal standing between the KPK and the BKN in the implementation of the National Insight Test Assessment (TWK).

"We got something a little different between the standing that was told to us by the KPK and by the BKN," Anam told reporters at his office, Jalan Latuharhary, Central Jakarta, Thursday, June 17.

Given these differences, Komnas HAM will continue to deepen it. Moreover, this different information has a big influence in the process of transferring the status of KPK employees.

However, Anam refused to elaborate further. Because this is related to the ongoing investigation.

"There is a substantial issue where this has a big influence on why there are 75 results and 1,200 results. Substantially it exists and technically it also exists. So we can't mention it," he explained.
