JAKARTA - The Central Jakarta District Attorney's Office has not yet made a decision on the decision of the DKI Jakarta High Court which circumcised Pinangki Sirna Malasari's sentence from 10 years to four years in prison.

There is no stance on this decision because until now the appeal decision file for Pinangki Sirna Malasari has not been received by the Prosecutor's Office.

"The prosecutor must study the decision first, especially the considerations. After that, he can act. But until now we have not received a copy of the decision on the appeal," said Head of the Central Jakarta District Attorney's Office, Riono Budisantoso, to VOI, June 18.

Riono did not know the problem with the fact that the copy of the decision had not yet arrived after four days of reading the verdict. However, he stressed, after receiving the copy of the decision, his party would immediately take a stand.

"I don't know how it's delivered, by post or by courier, how long does it take," he said.

However, the attitude of appeal or acceptance of the decision has not been conveyed. Back again, because his party has not yet received a copy of the verdict.
