The discovery of this sad story, said Harry, could explain if NG's depression was the reason he was so obsessed with violence that he was desperate to kill.

"Actions to toddlers are a delinquency from a stressful or depressed condition or a result of sexual violence by the 3 people," said Harry.

Head of North Jakarta Metro Police Criminal Investigation Unit AKBP Tahan Marpaung explained that the perpetrators of the harassment of NF had been arrested. They, F, R and A. In fact, the case files of one of them have also been submitted to the Prosecutor's Office and declared complete.

An observer of criminal law at Al Azhar University, Suparji Ahmad, said that the results of the investigation by the NF should be taken into consideration for the case he is undergoing. "If there is a psychological problem, then the criminal settlement should be suspended," said Suparji.
