KPK Suggests Taufik Hidayat To Report "Rats" At Kemenpora

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) advised Taufik Hidayat to report the alleged "rats" at the Ministry of Youth and Sports. Taufik can do this if the allegation refers to a criminal act of corruption.

"If the person concerned knows that there is a suspected corruption crime, please report it to the KPK," said Acting KPK spokesman Ali Fikri in response to Taufik's statement, Jakarta, Thursday, May 15.

Of course, he said, if the 2004 Olympics gold medalist took steps to report to the KPK, of course not empty-handed. Namely by including the evidence that is owned. Because, without evidence his party could not move.

"Please report to the Corruption Eradication Commission with the data held either through Dumas or the 198 call center. Furthermore, the KPK will conduct further review and verification of the data," said Ali.

In connection with Taufik's testimony at the trial, the KPK, he said, would explore this matter. The money was given to the Imam through his personal assistant, Miftahul Ulum.
