Talking About The European Cup And CR9, Denny Indrayana Explains The Lawsuit For The South Kalimantan Gubernatorial Election To The Constitutional Court, Alluding To Money Politics

JAKARTA - South Kalimantan (Kalsel) Cagub Denny Indrayana revealed the reasons for suing the results of the re-voting (PSU) of the South Kalimantan gubernatorial election to the Constitutional Court (MK). South Kalimantan Governor Cagub Sahbirin Noor or familiarly called Uncle Birin won the South Kalimantan governor election from his competitor Denny Indrayana based on the KPU's preliminary count.

"After the implementation of the PSU for the South Kalimantan gubernatorial election on June 9, ulun and his team decided to concentrate more on preparing the application for disputed results to the Constitutional Court," said South Kalimantan cagub Denny Indrayana in a statement, Monday, June 14.

Denny Indrarayana said that the lawsuit to the Constitutional Court is the constitutional right of the election candidates which is guaranteed by the Election Law as well as the 1945 Constitution. Denny also doesn't want turmoil in South Kalimantan after the South Kalimantan governor election.

"Secondly, we go to the Constitutional Court, we decide as an option to reduce the incidence of conflict in our Banua," he continued.

The third reason, Denny Indrayana, who was paired with Difriadi Darjat, came to the Constitutional Court as an affirmation that his party did not open a room for compromise or negotiation.

"H2D considers people's voices should not be traded goods, goods are traded, people's voices are the mandate that is fought for," he said.

Another reason about Denny Indrayana advancing to the Constitutional Court was reviewed while talking about the European Cup. Denny Indrayana admits to championing Portugal,

“The reason that is popular now is when there are European football matches. From the start, I supported CR9, hopefully the best team wins. From football, if the best team wins the game in a sporting manner, the victory is not worth arguing about, being sued. If the match is full of cheating, then there must be room for a lawsuit to the disciplinary committee," said Denny Indrayana.

Moreover, if the referee is not neutral, players are bribed or the match score is set. So the result of the match for Denny Indrayana must be challenged through the football forum.

"June 9 there is still a lot of money distribution, all you have to do is ask people in some areas it will be very easy to find massive money," said Denny Indrayana.
