Prabowo asks all state apparatus to introspect, emphasizes that no one is immune from the law

JAKARTA - President Prabowo Subianto asked all state apparatus to conduct introspection and maintain integrity as servants of the people. The President also emphasized that no party would receive special treatment before the law, so that every law enforcement process must be carried out fairly, professionally, and without discrimination.

Head of the Government Communication Agency (Bakom) RI, Muhammad Qodari, said President Prabowo reminded all state apparatus, both in the bureaucracy of the government, TNI, Polri, and the Prosecutor's Office, to continue to improve themselves and work according to the people's mandate.

"All state officials must realize that they are servants of the people who are entrusted to work with full responsibility. He (President Prabowo) emphasized that every state apparatus must maintain integrity and not betray the trust that has been given by the people," said Qodari in his statement, Monday, July 13.

According to Qodari, the message is part of the President's commitment to build a clean, integrated, and corruption-free government administration.

The President, he continued, also emphasized that law enforcement must be carried out equally regardless of one's position, rank, or status.

"Law enforcement must take place fairly, without distinguishing between positions, positions, ranks, or power. No party should receive special treatment before the law," he said.

Qodari added that the government respects all legal processes currently underway and leaves their handling to law enforcement officials according to their respective authorities.

"The government respects all ongoing legal processes and supports professional, transparent, and non-discriminatory law enforcement. It is important to understand that the actions taken by individuals do not reflect the entire institution. Consistent law enforcement is part of the state's commitment to strengthening clean and integrity governance," he said.

However, the government still invites all parties to respect the principle of presumption of innocence during the legal process. This principle is considered important so that there is no speculation or judgment before the court's decision has the force of law.

At the end of his statement, Qodari also invited all elements of society to maintain national unity and conducive amid various developing dynamics.

"With a safe, trusting, and respectful atmosphere for the legal process, we can continue to continue development and bring more tangible prosperity to all Indonesian people," he concluded.
