"Several locations are boarding houses. We also have to consider the safety and comfort of the boarding house owners. That is the main consideration in determining the location of the reconstruction," he said.
He added that the reconstruction included the entire series of events that occurred in six different locations as part of the investigators' efforts to compile a complete chronology.
