HJB ke-544, Pemkot Bogor Beri Penghargaan kepada Warga dan Mitra Pembangunan

BOGOR - The Bogor City Government (Pemkot) awarded a number of residents, community leaders, students, to strategic partners who were considered to have contributed to regional development on the 544th Anniversary of Bogor (HJB) on Wednesday, June 3.

The award was handed over directly by the Mayor of Bogor Dedie A. Rachim accompanied by the Deputy Mayor of Bogor Jenal Mutaqin and the Secretary of the Bogor City Government Denny Mulyadi after the 544th HJB Commemoration Ceremony at the Bogor City Hall Plaza.

Dedie Rachim said the award was a form of appreciation from the Bogor City Government to various elements of society who have contributed to supporting the development and progress of Bogor City.

"Thank you for the synergy, dedication, and commitment in providing the best work for the progress of Bogor City," said Dedie.

The awards were given to outstanding students, community leaders, regional managers, poverty alleviation acceleration partners, stunting reduction acceleration partners, Bogor City inspirational figures, to the recipients of the National Level Scout Front Accreditation Award.

Apart from the award, the series of commemorations for HJB ke-544 was also filled with the delivery of free glasses for the elderly initiated by the Bogor City Active Elderly Care (LANTIP). The program targets 350 to 500 beneficiaries in each sub-district.

On the same occasion, a symbolic handover of five outdoor CCTV units was also carried out as part of efforts to increase security and surveillance in the Bogor City area.

The Bogor City Government also appreciates the elements of the Regional Leadership Coordination Forum (Forkopimda) and a number of strategic partners who have played a role in supporting development and maintaining the region's conditability.

The recipients of the appreciation include the Chairman of the Bogor City DPRD, the Commander of Kodim 0606/Bogor City, the Head of the Bogor City Police, the Head of the Bogor City District Attorney's Office, the Head of the Bogor City District Court, and the Commander of the Bogor Military Police Detachment III/1.

In his message, Dedie emphasized that Bogor's birthday must be a momentum to strengthen the spirit of collaboration and working together in realizing the city's progress.

He emphasized that all levels of local government together with Forkopimda continue to work to realize the public's expectations through various sustainable development programs.

"And I am sure that all of you, Forkopimda, all ASN, are not leaning on your chin, are not sitting on your hands, but we are all trying our best to realize the dreams of the people," he said.

Dedie added that the development of Bogor City in the future will focus on two main aspects, namely infrastructure development and improvement of human resources (HR).

According to him, human capital quality is an important factor so that the people of Bogor City are able to compete, innovate, and create economic opportunities independently without relying entirely on the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD).

"Bogor human resources must have competitiveness. Bogor people must be able to take innovative and creative steps, so that not all economic activities and movements are supported by the APBD alone," said Dedie.

He hopes that the 544th Anniversary of Bogor will be an opportunity to strengthen the synergy, collaboration, and spirit of togetherness of all elements of society in producing various innovations towards an increasingly advanced, inclusive, and competitive Bogor City.
