KPK Prosecutor Reveals Secret Code Of Social Assistance Fee Deposit To Juliari Batubara's Subordinates

JAKARTA - The public prosecutor (JPU) at the KPK revealed that there was a secret code in the payment of social assistance fees. The code is 90 cm and 1 meter.

The disclosure of the code began when the prosecutor displayed a recorded conversation between the Director of PT Restu Sinergi Pratama, Dino Aprilianto and the Social Affairs Ministry's (Kemensos) commitment maker (PPK) Matheus Joko Santoso.

In that conversation, there was a sentence from Matheus who questioned the 90 cm and 1 meter questions.

"Earlier, it was stated that there were 90 cm and 1 meter, what does that mean?" asked the prosecutor during the trial at the Corruption Court, Jakarta, Tuesday, June 8.

Dino also answered the question by calling the code a nominal social assistance fee. Because, he who gets a quota of 100 thousand social assistance package providers in stage 6 must deposit Rp 1.050 billion.

"(90 cm and 1 meter) (Singaporean) dollars maybe yes," said Dino.

However, Dino said he still gave money to Matheus in Rupiah. Payment of the social assistance fee for stage 6 was carried out twice.

For the first one, Rp. 650 million was paid. Then, for the second payment of Rp. 400 million.

"Initially, they asked for payment in dollars, but the realization was in rupiah," he said.
