BANYUWANGI - The predator of 5 goats belonging to residents in Persen Hamlet, Banyuwangi, was revealed. This goat died from a bite wound on the neck.

Alas Purwo National Park (TNAP) installed cameras around the location of the goat enclosure. The camera caught two wild stray dogs approaching the goat.

"As for those caught on camera by stray dogs, we will install them again for the next two weeks," said Head of the Management Section of National Park Region I TN Alas Purwo Probo Wresni Aji, Tuesday, June 8.

He said this mutt was not a coyote in TNPP. According to Probo, it is unlikely that forest dogs will attack people's cages because there are still prey in the forest.

"There are still lots of pigs, the food chain is still good," he said.

Previously reported, as many as 5 goats belonging to the resident Yusuf's goat was allegedly eaten by wild animals.

"It is estimated that the goat was eaten by wild animals seeing the location of the victim's house on the edge of a mangrove forest," said Tegaldlimo Police Chief AKP Bambang Suprapto, Monday, May 31.

Yusuf told the police that he had experienced the same thing three times in the same cage in the last two months.

The previous incident only attacked or preyed on one tail. Then the next day two cattle.

"But this last incident immediately led to 5 goats in a state of death and all pregnant," he said.

The goats died with the condition that they had bite marks on their necks and one tail was eaten of innards.
